Hey Scouts and Parents!
Popcorn is available for door to door Show and Deliver and any Take Orders you have! The popcorn can be picked up at 434 Davis Hill Rd, Center Conway at our Popcorn chairpersons house. (Just about a mile up Davis Hill on the right with the stone wall entry.) Call 447-3120 to make arrangements to pick up the popcorn.
Each Time you fill out a sheet (25 orders) you can turn it in for a chance to win a prize. The deadlines for the sheet turn ins are October 5, 12, 19, and 26. The Popcorn chairperson needs your order forms no later than 10:00am on those dates.
All take orders (not yet delivered), all money and unsold popcorn MUST be turned in by the October 25th Pack Meeting. Customers that have ordered product that we don’t have, will have their order delivered shortly after Nov. 16th. Be sure to make copies of your Take Order forms so you’ll have a copy when it comes time to deliver the product.
You can sell popcorn online. Call the popcorn Chairperson first to get your key code, then direct people to http://orderpopcorn.com/ where they can type in your key code to credit you with the sale. For the new Scouts that don’t have uniforms yet, just where clean neat clothes, For the other Scouts wear your Neat, Clean Uniforms with Pride.
I will be at Shaws at 8:30 both mornings to help set up and will be there at 4:00 as well to pick up.
