Join us for our August activity of the month: Bowling at Saco Valley Sports Center
Who: All Pack 150 scouts
What: Bowling
When: Saturday, August 26th at 3:00 p.m.
Where: Saco Valley Sports Center, Fryeburg Maine, off Route 302
Why: It’s a free afternoon of bowling with your friends!
Planned out a rough schedule for the coming year, as follows.
26th: Swim Party at Crystal Lake, starting at 3 p.m. Pack will provide picnic supplies for cookout including hot dogs and buns. The families will provide cookies, salads, or fruit, and drinks for their families. Wolf cubs are responsible for desserts.
9th: Leader training in Littleton, from 9–1. Plan on carpooling with Mary.
21st: Pack meeting at 6:30 p.m. at Pine Tree. Popcorn will be announced. Raingutter Regatta kits will be handed out.
23rd: Pick up popcorn at Pine Tree.
30th: Sell popcorn at Hannaford?
19th: Pack meeting. Raingutter Regatta? Done selling popcorn, all money and orders in.
28th: Return unsold popcorn
Plan some kind of outdoor activity at Tin Mountain or a hike?
11th: Veteran’s Day parade—extra activity
11th: Scouting for Food bag distribution
16th: Pack meeting
18th: Scouting for Food bag pickup
1st or 2nd: Tin Mountain activity, or Carols and decorations
If there is no school, we don’t have to have den meetings. Also remember Fryeburg Fair week.
No pack meeting.
Christmas parade?
18th: Pack meeting. Have a demonstration of dog sledding. Pinewwod derby cars distributed.
Pack activity: tubing at King Pine.
3rd & 4th: Klondike Derby, Cub Scouts invited
10th: Pinewood derby
15th: Pack meeting. Blue & Gold dinner at Pine Tree. Pot luck supper, Luau theme.
19th–23rd: school vacation
3rd: We are hosting the District Pinewood Derby
15th: Pack meeting
19th: Pack meeting. Friends of Scouting presentation, and Camp Carpenter presentation.
